Be part of something meaningful

Every dog who comes through Charlie’s Angels Rescue has a story – some filled with hardship, some with uncertainty… but all deserving of a second chance.

Rescue doesn’t happen alone.

It takes a community of people willing to step in, to care, to give their time, their energy, and their hearts to dogs who need it most.

Whether you’re opening your home as a foster, helping behind the scenes, supporting through donations, or simply sharing their stories – you are part of something bigger.

Something meaningful.

Because every role matters. Every act of kindness matters.

And every dog saved begins with someone choosing to help.

Growing with purpose

At Charlie’s Angels Rescue, everything begins with one mission: helping dogs in need.

As we grow, so does our team – each person playing a meaningful role in giving these dogs a second chance.

We are currently in the process of forming a Board of Directors to help support and sustain this work for the long term, and are looking for compassionate, reliable individuals who feel called to be part of something meaningful.

People who believe in this mission.

People who want to help create structure, support, and stability – so we can continue saying yes to the dogs who need us most.

Join our board

We are currently looking for compassionate, committed individuals to join our board—including Board Members at Large.

This role plays an important part in helping guide the rescue, while offering flexibility beyond the defined responsibilities of officer positions.

As a Board Member at Large, you’ll:

  • Participate in board meetings and discussions

  • Help guide the direction of the organization

  • Assist with fundraising efforts

  • Support home checks, vet visits, and vaccination appointments

  • Vote on key decisions that shape the future of the rescue

A true team effort

Charlie’s Angels Rescue is a small, hands-on organization.

Because of that, every board member plays an active role in day-to-day rescue efforts. We operate as a team—stepping in where help is needed most.

This may include:

  • Supporting adoptions

  • Transporting dogs or coordinating transport

  • Assisting fosters

  • Helping with fundraising initiatives

  • Taking dogs to and from veterinary appointments

No one is expected to do everything—but everyone shows up where they can.

  • Reliable and willing to take initiative

  • Team-oriented and collaborative

  • Ready to make a meaningful, hands-on impact

How to apply

As a next step, we’d love to learn more about you.

Please send us:

  • A brief background about yourself

  • Why you’re interested in joining the board

What happens next

We are currently collecting and reviewing all submissions.

Applicants will be discussed and voted on during our June stated meeting.

If all roles are not filled at that time, we will continue accepting applications and plan for an additional vote later in the summer.

Be part of the story

Every dog who finds their way to Charlie’s Angels Rescue is here because someone chose to care.

To step in. To show up. To be part of something bigger than themselves.

If something here speaks to you, we invite you to take the next step.

Whether that’s applying for a role, reaching out with questions, or simply starting a conversation—there’s a place for you here.

Because every dog we save begins with someone choosing to help.
